perl editors
I had to write some perl scripts and was struck to find a good editor esp freeware.
Finally, I found few good ones "EPIC", "VIM" plugings and they work great.....
The best is the EPIC plugin for ECLIPSE . It provides many features many formating options like commenting, auto completeion of code, a subrotine viewer, code assist and many more. I like the debugger especially try it out.. more on the other options later...
